Cancellation / Refund Policy
Any amount paid to Sri Raghavendra Swamy Seva Trust, Anakaputhur (SRSST) through this website for booking of performance of any pooja / seva for future date will not be cancelled in normal circumstances. However, in special circumstances, for reasons beyond the control of the devotee / user, the pooja / seva will be allowed to be cancelled if it is informed over e-mail at least two days in advance prior to the date of pooja / seva booked. If the seva / pooja booked is cancelled, full amount remitted by the devotee will be refunded, subject to deduction of any amount already spent by the Trust in preparation of conduct of such pooja / seva. However, the decision of SRSST will be final and binding. The refund will be effected to the same account and mode from which the original payment was made, like net banking / debit card / credit card etc. Any dispute arising out of settlement of refund of any amount remitted shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India.
